MeowTown — a Cat Comic by Tim Schreiber

Takeout

A three-panel MeowTown comic. Panel 1: An orange Volkswagen Beetle styled as a cat — with ears on the roof, eye-headlights, whiskers, fangs at the bumper, a tail rising from the rear, and a vanity license plate reading 'CHEDDR' — sits at a drive-thru speaker. A yellow 'ORDER HERE' sign is posted on the speaker box. Loki, a gray tabby, is in the driver's seat saying, 'Two large orders of Fried Mice...' Tater Tot, a buff tabby, is visible in the passenger seat. Panel 2: The Cheddarmobile has pulled forward to the pickup window of a red-painted restaurant. A yellow sign above the window reads 'SIAM-EATS.' A Siamese cat in red robes with gold trim leans out the window, handing Loki a white takeout bag with red Asian-style decoration. Panel 3: Close-up on an open white takeout container. Inside, mixed with rice, are several severed human fingers, one with a wedding ring, a nose, an ear, and other body parts. Tater's buff-colored paw holds chopsticks reaching into the container. He says, 'Um, Loki, I don't think this is mice.'
